Jay Health does not operate as a hospital or emergency medical facility unless otherwise stated.

Jay Health does not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment opportunities, business success, revenue generation, or platform availability without interruption. Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

Nature of Service

Jay Health may facilitate virtual consultations between users and licensed healthcare professionals. Consultations are limited to information available during the session, depend on the accuracy of information provided by the user, and may not replace physical examinations when necessary.

Emergency Situations

If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services or visit the nearest healthcare facility immediately.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical information.
• Disclose relevant medical history.
• Follow medical advice responsibly.
• Seek in-person care when recommended.

Jay Health may facilitate medication ordering and delivery through licensed pharmacies and partners.

User Obligations

• Provide accurate prescription information when required.
• Provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
• Present valid prescriptions for prescription-only medications.
• Comply with applicable laws regarding medication purchases.

Delivery Limitations

Jay Health does not guarantee delivery timelines and is not responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation issues, government restrictions, or third-party logistics providers. We may decline orders that violate healthcare regulations.

Prescription Verification

Prescription medications may require verification before fulfillment. Orders may be delayed, modified, or cancelled if verification cannot be completed.

Except where specifically established during a consultation with a licensed healthcare professional, use of Jay Health's platform does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Educational materials, blog posts, videos, AI-generated content, and digital tools do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice.

Jay Health may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. Users acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies.
• AI recommendations should be independently verified.
• AI-generated information should not be relied upon as medical advice.
• Healthcare decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

Jay Health shall not be liable for decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs.

Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with training programs, consultation services, subscription services, digital products, pharmacy orders, and premium platform features.

Payments

Payments may be processed through authorized payment providers. By making payments, you authorize Jay Health to charge the applicable fees.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by Jay Health's Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated, completed consultations are generally non-refundable, downloaded digital products are generally non-refundable, and course refunds may be subject to enrollment conditions.

All content on Jay Health — logos, trademarks, designs, videos, courses, software, training materials, documents, articles, and graphics — remain the exclusive property of Jay Health or its licensors.

Users may not copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or republish content without prior written permission.

Users may submit reviews, testimonials, feedback, comments, discussion posts, and uploaded documents. By submitting content, you grant Jay Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operations and marketing purposes. Users remain responsible for the content they submit.

Users shall not:

• Provide false information.
• Impersonate another person.
• Upload malicious software.
• Violate healthcare regulations.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Interfere with platform functionality.
• Use services for illegal purposes.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Abuse healthcare professionals or staff.
• Submit fraudulent prescriptions.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

Jay Health values user privacy. We may collect personal, contact, educational, health-related, payment, and usage analytics information. Information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.

Jay Health may integrate with payment providers, learning platforms, pharmacy partners, telemedicine providers, cloud service providers, and analytics tools. Jay Health is not responsible for third-party services, policies, or actions. Users may be subject to third-party terms and conditions.

The platform and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Jay Health makes no guarantees regarding continuous platform availability, error-free operation, medical outcomes, educational outcomes, employment outcomes, business success, or accuracy of third-party information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jay Health, its directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, healthcare decisions made by users, or delays in service delivery.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service during the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jay Health, its affiliates, employees, contractors, healthcare providers, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or misuse of medical or educational information.

Jay Health may suspend or terminate access to services if Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, regulatory compliance requires action, or security concerns arise. Termination does not relieve users of outstanding payment obligations.

Jay Health shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, public health emergencies, cybersecurity incidents, or labor disputes.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; where resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nigeria.

Jay Health reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
